Ciara and Russell Wilson makes first public appearance since after engagement

 On Saturday, Ciara and her fiancé Russell Wilson made their first public appearance after they got engaged. They were at the Cosmopolitan Hotel's Marquee dayclub season opening here Ciara performed. She also put her huge engagement ring on display.
