On Monday, May 16, 2016 Seun Egbegbe the ex-husband of controversial Nollywood actress Toyin Aimakhu shared an apology on Instagram in which he spoke on being sorry for the inconveniences he’d caused the actress.
In a short message which he eventually deleted before long, the socialite and Nollywood investor urged movie producers and the general public to get into business with the actress as she is a celebrated A-list entertainer.

Given this, Seun appears to be taking back everything he previously said about the actress.

Recall that in the early months of 2016, the couple had a messy break up which was widely publicized on social media and became a fodder for gossip sites and soft sell magazines afterwards.
Several Nollywood insiders and close friends of the couple tried to intercede and bring calm into the troubled affair but all they met were brick walls.
Similarly, veteran radio host and events compere Freeze weighed in on the situation at some point as he shared a message on April 21 wherein he eulogized the actress for staying strong in spite of the trying situation and the drama surrounding her break up.

Freeze held that Seun owes Toyin an apology and should do just that. He also advised Seun to desist from granting any more interviews at that point as it was no longer a funny topic considering how much he’d dragged her name in the mud.
While their controversies lasted, Egbegbe the CEO of Ebony films production claimed in an April 2016 interview that Aimakhu has a high libido and is difficult to satisfy in bed.
He added that even with sex enhancers he could not satisfy Aimakhu in bed. He also spoke on being her first lover as he met her a virgin.
The pair continued back and forth, washing their dirty linen in public interview after interview followed by unsavoury social media dramas.
With this development, it remains to be seen what becomes of the former lovebirds.
